2. Scope
These terms govern all purchases made through floralexperience.es. By placing an order, you accept these conditions in full.
3. Products
Floral Experience offers fresh flower arrangements, preserved flowers, floral accessories and handcrafted products. Images are for reference only: as these are natural and handmade products, there may be variations in colour, shape or composition compared to the photographs.
All prices shown include VAT and are expressed in euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment is confirmed.
4. Ordering process
- Select your products and add them to the cart.
- Choose the delivery method: in-store pickup or home delivery.
- Enter your contact and delivery details.
- Complete the payment through our secure payment gateway.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment payment is confirmed.
5. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods, processed securely through Stripe:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
All payments are processed in a secure environment with SSL encryption. We do not store any card details on our servers.
6. Shipping and delivery
6.1. Coverage area
We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Fresh flowers are only available for local delivery on the western Costa del Sol (Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella and surrounding areas) and for in-store pickup.
6.2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area and are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before payment is confirmed. In-store pickup is free of charge.
6.3. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination area and product availability. During the checkout process, you can view the available dates and select your preferred one. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
6.4. In-store pickup
Orders for in-store pickup will be available at our atelier: Plaza del Bulevar, 13 — La Cala de Mijas. Available dates and times for pickup are indicated during the checkout process.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Fresh flowers and plants: perishable goods that may deteriorate rapidly.
- Handcrafted products made to order: personalised or custom-made items.
7.2. Returns of other products
For all other products (vases, accessories, complements), we accept returns within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that:
- The product is sealed and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- The original packaging is preserved.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
To initiate a return, contact us at hola@floralexperience.es quoting your order number. Once the product has been received and verified, we will process a refund via the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
7.3. Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product that was damaged during transport or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Guarantees
All non-perishable products carry a legal conformity guarantee of 3 years in accordance with current legislation.
Preserved flowers, being treated natural products, are not covered by any guarantee against deterioration caused by exposure to humidity, direct sunlight or other unsuitable conditions.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, photographs, designs, logos, code) is the property of Floral Experience or is used with authorisation. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
10. Liability
Floral Experience shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, adverse weather conditions, carrier issues, etc.).
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s domicile, in accordance with applicable regulations.
